The entry written by John Wright is very short just
one " page " in length although spread over 408 & 409.
Ralfe gained his inclusion because of his lifelong work as an
ornithologist. The photo belongs to MNH library & so
could be reproduced in all circumstances by the staff. They do not photocopy such photos they make "real"
copies & obviously are expensive but of excellent quality.
