I have been unable to find the above couple in the 1841 census in Lonan or elsewhere on the island nor in England/Wales. They should have four children at that time, so the family should look like this
James 45
Ann 25 or 30
James 10
Heber 7
William 6
John 3
All born in Lonan. As neither signed the register when they married in 1831, he was an Ag. lab. and they appear in subsequent censuses until their deaths, as do their children except Heber & Lewis(born later), I can't imagine they would all have been off the island in 1841 - any ideas ?
