guess I should add the correction in that the presentments were strictly to the ecclesiatical court - early presentments contained a wide range of material and are slowly being indexed by volunteers - I think they have reached about the 1780's - I'm not sure if the index will be put online though but presentments upto around 1800 I think (maybe a bit later - those of 1840 were paper tho) are on microfilm (? if mormon tho)
