When they notify you that there is a reply to your post, clicking on this should take you directly to it. Otherwise just copy and paste the URL to the bar at the top of your screen.

To find your old threads click on Search (at top of page) and mark "Posted between" and write which dates, then "Messages posted by:" with your name.
It is a good idea to respond to your old threads on the same topic whenever possible, rather than starting new threads, to save confusion.

There are a number of words which will block messages because they have been used in spam on the BB - mostly quite innocent. If this happens again you can try cutting out lines and "Preview message" until you find where the banned word is. Then just put it in with a gap or dash in the middle. For example ht-tp (without dash) is banned. Or just write the URL without the ht tp and the computer will add it when entered.
