There is an entry in the 1871 census of Rushen, Port St Mary, at 12 Lime St., for Eleanor Shimmin, granddaur, aged 3, b. Rushen, living with Thomas Harrison, Head, Widr, 58, Lab in Lighthouse Works, b. Arbory, his son Thomas unm, 26, same occupation, b.Rushen, and daughter Eleanor unm 20, b.Braddan.

But this is only a guess that this could be the "right" Eleanor.
