If you haven't used it before you need to read his notes on the first page before starting. The numbers given are for LDS films which can be ordered to view at LDS Family History Centres worldwide, or at the MM.
The only one I could see close to that surname, in a quick look, was MC MURTHIE, Andrew 1883 Mau[ghold], E[pis], [no.] 194, [LDS film no.] 0106496
