is not in Brian's lists as Wade or Kneale.

If you have evidence that the date is correct & surname perhaps there is an omission. Pay to view the
birth register for the correct area & check ALL births for
that date etc. I think it now costs £4.00 When time permits , & assuming it's not busy & someone else needs
the ledger, you can read from beginning to end. In the
event you buy a copy cert. only the shortfall is paid.
