Edward age 31 Lake Lane with wife Ellen children Isabel 4 James 9 Jno w 6
Also John E Michell (Mitchell) age 11 who was my Grandfather
After extensive checking Ellen was not his wife
She was in fact Ellen Cowell wife of Philip Cowell
There are 4 entries on IGI for a marriage to PC abt 1874 it would seem she was Eleanor McNABB
In 1871 she was living 3 Lake Lane
Maybe she was lodging there and the enumerator made a mistake I don't know
