i have john mcneil born 1806 in santon married to margaret clucas in braddan in 1833 july 21st, margaret was born in peel approx 1803.
their children ,john bap 1835, william bap1837, 1saac bap 1839,thomas born 1842 and bap1844, elizabeth bap 1844,cleave or clive born in one census as 1840 and in another 1843 but i cannot find his bap, and i have a margaret bap feb 14th at the same time as john .
cleve mcneil married jane kelly in 1861 and they had a daughter margaret who was born i believe in 1860 , and cleve bap in 1862, alfred in 1868 and mary jane in 1877.

cleve ( both of them , the father and the son ) were bakers, and i cannot find cleve (born in 1840 or 1843 ) after 1871, and have looked for his death to no avail between 1877 and 1881 when jane is a widow, in august of 1889 jane married joseph crellin as a widow.

the son cleve has also become invisible , after 1881 and i wonderered if he had gone to the united states or australia.

jane is the sister of elizabeth kelly born in kirk michael and elizabeth married my great grandfather john corris , their parents were william kelly from kirk michael and margaret roberts from wales, jane was born in england and their parents were married in england .
any clues as to the wherabouts of either cleve the dad or cleve the son would be very much appreciated.
