I am an Irish genealogist and I am researching a Robert Sinnott who was living at 40 Queens Pier Road, Ramsey Isle of Man circa 1941. He emigrated in circa 1934 and was in London, Manchester and Wales before going to Isle of Man.
He wrote a letter home to Wexford (without a date) but it was during the Second World War and the family did not hear form him since then. He was living in digs with a Miss Buckley at the above address. He was born in Wexford in 1899 and we are almost sure that he died in the Isle of Man but do not know where he died or where he was buried. Can you or one of your colleagues look him up for me?
I understand the parish where Ramsey is is Maugholt.
