Yes, Len, Ann Callow bap 27 Dec 1833 Onchan fits well, although no mention of another christian name, Charlotte. Probably parents Thomas Callow and Ann Cubbon, married 19th May 1816 Lonan.

In 1841 there's a family at Kiondroghad, Onchan, district 4, pages 11 and 12.

"Mary" rather than Anne is a problem, but Thomas age 3 could be Thomas whose biological father was a John Caley, as in the IGI baptism of Thomas Edward Caley 2nd May 1858.
