Dec 1841 is the most likely. the others wm garrett age 81 23 rd. Oct 1843 Andreas and wm Garrett age 75 19th. Dec 1845 Lez. Looking for a date of birth for William Garrett around 1750 for Lez I have found a chr 5th. March 1748 for William Fargher at Lez. Parents William Garrett and Isable Fargher. William Garrett married Isable Fargher 12th. Oct 1751 at Lezayre. (that date needs confirming) Further children I have found are John chr 15th. Mar 1752, and Thomas chr 24th. Nov 1754 at Lez.
There is a william Garrett who married Ann Christian 22 Jul 1790 at Lez, their children are Elizabeth 25th May 1791 Lez, JOHN 7th. Sept1793 at Lez and Thomas 21st Dec 1794 at Lez. Our line is with the John Garrett, son of the John Garrett who Married Elizabeth Crow of Maughold 9th. Oct 1827 at Maughold. John Garrett and Elizabeth Crow named their first child Ann. I can,t confirm Elizabeth Crow,s Parents but I believe them to be Ewan Crow and Elinor Quayle who had a dau Elizabeth born 21 Feb 1802. John Garrett died 31st. Oct 1867 at Lez age74. If this age at death is correct then his birth year is 1793. Elizabeth Garrett als Crowe died 28th. May 1867 at Lez age 65. There is a (will 1795 a 82) for Margaret Garrett als Christian widow which names William Garrett h/o/ Ann Christian. Havent been able to read this will for myself yet. Still recovering from a knee op. Our Garretts didnt seem to leave any wills so confirming any of this is dificult. Does anyone have any information or ideas on the above. Perhaps someone else has them mentioned in their family wills. Thanks Pauline
