I am trying to trace the parents/siblings of my Grt.Grt.G Father JOHN KELLY, believed to have been born in Patrick abt. 1803-1811, wife ELIZABETH (could be Shimmin). At the 1841 Census he is shown as living at BALLANYED, Onchan, occupation Farmer. 1851 & 1861 in Douglas, occupation Carter. He died abt. 1867in Douglas leaving wife Elizabeth, Son John &daugherters Catherine & Margaret. Margaret married a Robert Kelly of Douglas, who became a Car Proprietor.
