I am at the moment reading a book called Eccleston and Heskin. In the book it states about Bishop Richard Parr, c.1635-1644
That the mandate for his consecration, and also his will are in the office of the episcopal registrar.
Can anyone tell me where it is, and if it is possible to contact them.
