It wasn't top-of-mind and so I had to search for what you meant. I found it in 1841. It has a Sept 2007 correction date. I don't have a clue why I made the correction because he's not on my database, so I may have been searching for somebody else.

My g-g-grandmother was Catharine Kewley b 1810 Douglas d of Charles Kewley (a barber) and Judith/Joney Quayle. She and William Gelling (a shoemaker) moved to Liverpool ca 1833/4 which may be about the same time as your Thomas. Thomas is 3 years younger so is a contemporary. I may have been looking for relatives of Catharine, as she had several brothers and sisters (no living Thomas, though).
