Hi all, I am researching my Grandfather, William Frank Wade, who was born somewhere on the Island on 12 May 1902. In 1911 he was living with his possibly half sister in Liverpool. He died in Fleetwood Lancs on 04 Mar 1963. Is this enough information to send for a birth certificate so I can find out about his parents ? Or am I better starting out with death certificate ?
