My first Family History Society Meeting was held earlier today.
There's many things said including my naive mistake of thinking that this site and the FHS were one and the same (initially) and my apologies for the confusion to the FHS and the Genealogy bulletin board members remains. Sorry about that.

The next meeting is on Friday the 16th of this month at Union Mills and I'd like to thank all those who've wrote to me expressing their concerns including a certain lack of information.

I'm not going to spoil the evening, but would like to say that many areas of interest and what was quoted to me, were mentioned at the meeting, so good on you for doing so. Peoples opinions matter a great deal to me, as without them, you cannot get the true picture and feeling of whats important.

So thank you for writing to me and having your say and for those who reside in the IOM or are visiting, I look forward to seeing you at the meeting and wish you all well.
