Tim, you are looking at Church member submissions again, for John "Cannell" Wade ch 20 Nov 1803 Michael, son of Robert Wade & Ann Cannell. The extracted record is on the 28th Nov and has no "Cannell" in his name.
If you want to have an accurate tree you need to look at the parish register films.
