Elsie May was an out-of-wedlock child fathered by my great-aunt's husband (prior to their marriage) and so unlikely to be a Delany relative. My line follows the Garrett family from Kirk German, Kirk Patrick and Kirk Michael. Sorry I'm unable to help more than what is already posted at this time.
