My GG Grandfather was John Kelly born circa 1826 in Malew.
In Brians census index for 1841 there is only one John Kelly born in Malew and he is the son of John Kelly and Isabella Fargher.
In the 1851 census John is a farm servant at Ellerslie in Marown. Living there also, is Jane Braid who John married on November 17 1851.
But in the 1851 census John and Isabella are living at Derbyhaven and there also is a son John who is described as a farm servant.
Is it possible that the enumerator put John down as living at Derbyhaven when in fact he was at Ellerslie in Marown.
