Albert was the son of Robert Kelly and Mary Quine, both from Santon ( St. Anne). Their M.I.s can be found in Manx Notebook in the parish of Santon along with relatives.

Albert, sometimes written as Alfred, was one of a number of children mainly seen in IGI.
