My great great grandfather, Reuben E. Palmer, was born on the Isle of Man, Douglas, I believe. His family was probably Catholic. He went on to marry Louisa E. Browne who was born in Ireland along with her brother, Joseph Browne. I have a multitude of information on their son, Frances Kent Palmer, but I can find nothing but the Census information from 1861- 1901 in England for Reuben E. Palmer and nothing with his parents names. If anyone can assit, I'd greatly appreciate it.
