Sandra, if you are able to access census returns, it should be quite easy to find Ballastole, Maughold. I think it's the Tower farm, with the Albert Tower on it. If you find Margaret Kerruish, single, and you know that the daughter of Isabel Creer was Mrs. Cubbon by 1861, then Constance Radcliffe has got the wrong Margaret Kerruish.
