to complete the family - Thomas Kermode is dead by 1841 - probably Ger 18360118 age 60
Cath in 1841c is living in Shaws Brow Douglas with unmarried son Thomas (a joiner) but I can't find her in 1851 nor any burial (? did she go to dau Cath + die in Scotland ?)

The age in 1841 + marriage in German fits with Cath being d/o Thomas Bridesson + Cath Taylor thomas brideson cath taylor bapt German 17750715

Thomas Kermode is possibly s/o Wm Kermode + mary quaggin(Quackyn) - bapt German 17740123
if correct then Mary Quaggin is probably only c/o Wm Quackyn + Jane Shimmin bapt German 17370129 (tho I don't have a marriage for this couple) - Wm Q was probably buried bur Malew 17401226 (note in BR 'jockey' ? ballajockey) and I think Jane then married John Hoare with whom she had a large family

There are some wills/decrees that would confirm/deny this but I've no transcription of these
