Try closing down pc completely i.e. not a restart. If that doesn't work, clear out any add-ons you have in IE. I had the same trouble with the familysearch w/site a few ago and found that after going back to basics in IE it was okay. Whether that was a concidence or it really worked I am not 100% - but it has worked perfectly since!
