can't you tell from enumerator's sequence in 1881 census (assuming it is Joseph Kissack's bakery) - the enumerator came up summerhill , alpine terrace, then the Hague farm, then provision shop indicated as edge of village, then the bakery - my guess is somewhere near where Alterba drive joins summer hill rd but if you can check an earlier census against the 1868 O/S plan in Manx museum you should get a better idea
