Debby, you are more likely to get an answer if you are specific about what you know - names and dates. What date did Robert Looney go to America? When was he born? Who were his parents? If you don't know these names and dates you first need to research in America to find out as much as possible about the first Looney who left the IoM, and then post these details on the board.
