I had seen William's burial in Frances Coakley's Ramsey Bishops' Transcripts "22 Mar 1793 LACE Wm bt buried kk andreas", but not Isabel Lace from Ramsey 29 Aug, 1797 (and she also doesn't appear in Brian's burials) - they certainly look like the right ones, so thanks in particular for Isabel's record from Andreas.
I thought of "Corn land" but Joyce Oates wrote torn, and she is usually pretty good at reading the wills. I put ? beside the one I saw because it didn't look anything like the other "C"s in the will - or any of the other capital letters. It looks like an H with the first stroke very long below the line like an old "f" (but isn't ff).
