is ancestry .uk always correct

Is the manx census on ancestry.uk always correct because, the 1901 manx census has elizabeth morrison as age 50 born ireland a boarding house keeper, with her is brother john age56 master mariner, lily la f morrisonage 32 niece, isabella armstrong vistor age 50 all born ireland,
i have been to bmd and looked at elizabeth la trobe morison death cert and she was age 60 when she died 1930 making her born 1870 still a boarding house keeper, the other mystery is john miller morrison her father died age 77 1911, he was a master mariner, but it does not mention him in 1901 but a brother john morrison age 56 master mariner, what i am asking is , could this be a big mistake on the census, because the death certs would be correct, i have found a lot out this past evening i have also found a connection with a mrs allen and bishop la trobe, i just need to sit down and try and piece it all together , which i am not brainey enough realy [ dont know if i have spelt that correct ]
