I do not have a birth certificate for my Grandmother Edith Irene and would appreciate some direction on obtaining one. It is possible that my grandmother, Edith Irene, was baptized in the local Methodist Church as my recollections of stories once told are fragmentary at best. I know that she worshipped in the states here at the local Episcopal Church parishes (Anglican), but that such details did not exclude a baptism elsewhere. I am also seeking any information on my Grandfather, William Arthur Andrew, husband of Edith Annie, who was serving as a mining engineer in South Africa, and who made his home in the IOM. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
