there is something strange about this MI - Patrick's will is dated 1794 - the age at death of 59 matches 1735-1794 which confirms him as son of John Tobin periwig maker - there is an account (by Godwin I think) that states he his son of Sir Thomas Tobin but there appears no evidence of this.
There would appear to be no Tobin burial in 1781.
