In A.W Moore's Manx Families it states that Charles (Moore) married in 1626 Elizabeth daughter of William Lucas.

I have assumed that this is William Lucas who I believe was the Receiver General.

Elsewhere on the internet, someone states that William Lucas is the son of Deemster John Lucas.

In another place is is stated that Deemster John Lucas was appointed Deemster in 1584, married Isabell Christian in 1585 and died in 1586.

Can anybody please help on this one?
