Thanks Sue. Some interesting information in your post.
I've added in some of the information to my database and then that leaves 5 "open" items:-
1) Burial of Thomas Moore 1866. I think this is a different family. The burial date of 1866 is later than the baptism date of their other son Thomas. Their second son Thomas is baptised 24th Sep 1865. So my logic is that the first male child after the death of the first Thomas takes the same name. I have already found evidence of this naming tradition in my family history.
2) Thomas Alured Moore buried aged 92 in 1960. This could be our family. I think the death date/age is close enough for me to order a death certificate to check.
3) James Crellin buried1862 aged 72. This is exactly 10 years too old versus the James Crellin aged 60 in the 1861 Census. However, after seeing some of the wild mistakes in reported ages with this and other family members I am inclined to believe that one or other document is wrong. I will order a death certificate to check.
4) Ann Moore buried 1895. This could be our Ann - it means that she would have been 16 or 17 when she married James. This is very possible, though, as she was very pregnant when they got married. I will order a death certificate to check.
5) Jane Moore marriage "full age". I think this is a deliberate mistake by Jane or the family. I know from Family papers that this is the right Jane Moore. Like her mother, Jane was very pregnant when she was married. She was only 15 at the time if you do the maths.
