found my 2nd g grandfather in the gaol of castle rushen in the 1881 census does anyone know if any prison records kept for that period, he was a dock labourer from liverpool and I wonder how on earth he ended up in a manx gaol if anyone has any ideas I would be really grateful ,,,,,,,,cheers
