That caught my eye too. It looks like the rates were set awhile ago, not taking into account the significant changes that have taken place recently in exchange rates. I haven't done the math, but I suspect the US rate might be too low rather than the other rates being too high. I'm sure they're trying to be fair to everybody, but with the wildly changing exchange rates happening these days, it is hard. I've always paid in Canadian dollars because I appreciate them giving that option to me. I'll probably do the same thing this time too, despite the difference.
