I am looking for any information on a John Quayle born Isle of Man c1819 but he does not state where. His Father was a Thomas Quayle occupation a (Hatter ) Taken from marriage certificate

John went to the USA sometime between 1841-1850 as his first son John was born in New Jersey in 1848 but returned to have his second son William in 1850 in Scotland. Then married Emma Cottam in 1852 in Kensington England.

I have been following the Thomas Quayle & Ann Lace family from Lonan thinking this was my family but Thomas Quayle was a( farmer) and now someone has now put doubt in my reckoning
Does anyone have any suggestions?
