From this information (1861 census) it looks as if Mary Ann Callow alias Creer was born on the IOM in about 1809. This leaves 2 candidates:-
1. Mary Ann Creer chr 30 Apr 1809 Douglas St George to Thomas Creer and Margaret Fell
2. Mary Ann Creer chr 25 Jan 1807 Douglas St Matts to Daniel Creer and Christian Quirk
We can rule no 1 out here as in the 1851 census she is still living with her parents in Douglas, unmarried dressmaker.
No 2: Daniel Creer and Christian Quirk were married in Braddan on 21 November 1801 and Mary Ann was their third child. There are no further census records found for her which fits. However there is a death reference in Liverpool in Q1 1868 for a Mary Ann Creer aged 61, ie born 1807 which could be her.
So no clear answer here I am afraid. The 1868 Liverpool death may be her if her death was recorded under her maiden name.
Good luck!
