I have John born 1808 (no exact date) in Roxburghshire, the eldest child of James Quarrie and Margaret Deans who married 30 Nov 1805 at Yetholm.

James was baptised on 28 Mar 1785 at Yetholm, the son of John Quarry & Mary Scott who married 21 Feb 1783 at Yeltholm.

I have not followed the family any further back.
