Using Explorer, you could try forcing your computer to ignore font sizes specified by a webpage by following the menu procedure:

Tools>Internet Options> General>Accessibility and tick 'ignore font sizes specified on web pages' then click OK to close the window and OK again to return to the webpage and the font size should be larger – or at least within your control.
