Mark was born a little earlier - 1880 probably drived from 1901 census.

Eleanor Ann, wife, married, 40, Douglas
John S W, son, unmarried, 21, journeyman tailor, Peel
William H D, son, unmarried, 18, apprentice shoemaker, Peel
Emily M E, daughter, unmarried, 16, apprenice milliner, Peel
Frederick R C, son, unmarried, 14, scholar, Peel
Eleanor J, daughter,unmarried, 10, scholar, Peel
Eliabeth M, daughter, 7, scholar, Peel
Mark P, son, 4, scholar, Peel

In 1891 and 1901 Eleanor was running a boarding house (different addesses, not necessarily owned) in Douglas. 1891 John W was boarding in Peel, 1901 was fishing.
