Bannan Emmigration

I am descended from Thomas Bannan, who had at least eight children with Catharine Lennaghan before 1798, and at least six children with his second wife Catharine Christian.

I am descended from Thomas, son of Thomas Bannan and Catharine Lennaghan.

I have a couple of questions that perhaps someone might be able to answer.

First, I can find no evidence of a birth of the first Thomas, or of his wife Catharine Lennaghan, nor can I find a marriage record, so an initial thought is that they must have come from Ireland. I do know from Catharine's probate record that she had a brother John. If anyone has any documented information about the origins of either Thomas senior or Catharine Lennaghan, I would appreciate learning about this.

Second, Thomas, son of Thomas, emmigrated to England, going to Warrington Lancashire by way of Newark Nottingham sometime before 1830. He married Catharine Dixon, for which I can find no marriage record. He returned to the IOM sometime before the 1851 census, leaving his son Henry behind. His full brother Charles Bannan also emmigrated about 1829, living in Cheshire about 25 miles from Thomas junior. Does anyone know if any other children from this family emmigrated to England around the same time?
