Ref, your query I have studied the tree and my original message and your message.

These are my findings... My original message is correct as per the tree I would like to point out only three children never married of Ewan James (Hugh) Kneen and Sophia Jane Quayle. These children were Esther Kneen / William ( Willie) Kneen and Eleanor Jane Kneen.

There were only two Florence Kneen's the first one was named Florence May Kneen daughter of Robert Thomas Kneen brother of Esther.

The other Florence Kneen was child of Eleanor Jane Kneen born 1884 - 1978.. Florence married Walter Kenneth Wood...according to the dates of Florence's birth equals, Eleanor Jane Kneen gave birth at age of seventeen years old. There is nothing else in the tree to indicate who Florence's father was.

Having studied your US census info; there have been a lot of mistakes, Eleanor was certainaly not S.I.L. but Florence's mother that is why she is indicated on the US census's as single. The two US entries of death are even worded wrong reference Florence Wood (nee Kneen ) In the first death record Florence was her daughter. In the second recorded death Florence was a niece to the late Arthur Kneen.
