My sister distinctly remembers my grandmother telling her that she had a younger brother who died very young, although no one else knows of it. Her 3 younger siblings were born in Castletown - Francis about 1888, Edward about 1889 and Cicely about 1893. I have a hunch that baby John may have been born about 1891. The father, Frank Walters, who was a headmaster at a school in the Isle of Man died sometime before 1901 because in the census of that year the family was living in Cheltenham, Glouc.and the mother was listed as a widow. Could someone please look for a record of John Walters in the 1891 census or elsewhere?
