Frances, the farm name is unfortunately difficult to read so it could well be Ballacamain which phonetically sounds very similar to Ballakameen.

No doubt you know there are many ways to spell the surname - I've come across Castel, Caystel, Caystell, Caystill, Caystil, Caistel etc.
