I was told of a lieutenant Haigh in the Fencibles by Frances Coakley{Thank you Francis if you read this} and I am wondering were I could find more information on the Fencibles as my family history research on Haigh{Samuel Haigh,Anne Kaye,John Franklin Haigh,West Kella Lezayre Parish}is stuck on Isle of Man also is there any way of obtaining passenger shipping lists of comings and goings from Isle of Man for late 1700's early 1800's please.Thank you
