John Quilliam H.M.S.Victory

On a recent trip to Portsmouth I visited the Victory and spent some time reading the Battle of Trafalgar Roll of Honour which stands at the gangway. It lists all 821 crew members who were known to have been onboard at the time of the battle, also thier job and nationality i.e. English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh as well as the various colonies at the time. At the end it also gives a breakdown of each nationality and the numbers onboard. Reading this,it would appear that there were no Manxmen on the Victory and that John Quilliam was English ?
