We are trying to trace relatives of Thomas (Tossie) Clucas who owned a 
Laundry and was a member of Douglas Towm Council and also the House of Keys
for a number of years.
We believe his parents were Thomas Clucas & Annie (Radcliffe).
We think he was born in Kirkby Cottages and had a Brother Stephen?
He died in 1950.
He was my grandfathers (also Thomas Clucas) Uncle.
