I finally have a name linking to IOM. My great-grandfather, William (Henry Harrison)Cain was born in (Ithaca)New York on 5 Oct. 1844 and died 27 Dec. 1933 in Longdale, Oklahoma. I have a certified copy of his death certificate and it lists his father as William H. Cain (IOM), I would guess he was born there in approximately 1820-1824.
