I am looking for information regarding William Hales born Isle of Man.
In 1841 he lived with the William Kelly family, Ballachrink, Onchan.
Is there a Kelly out there that is part of this family and knows something of William Hales? I am trying to figure out if this is the William Hales I am looking for.
