suggest you buy a book on 'latin for family historians' as no doubt there will be many more that you encounter (though the OED has a good list of common abbreviations)
ob = obit = died
nupt (as in nuptial) means marriage thus un (in) nupt means unmarried
vp = vice (= other) as in vice president (or in this case vice principal)
sp = sine prole = without issue - thus osp is probably died without issue
